Presses

Production of hydraulic presses is one of the most important directions of our activity. Our presses are used in woodworking, concrete production, plastic and rubber, jewelery and other industries.

We produce presses for forming, bending, vulcanization, testing, universal presses for workshops and other. The presses have various designs according to the application: C-frame, H-frame, four-column, vertical, horizontal, single- or multiplace, with rotating table, etc.

Our technical capabilities allow us to produce wide range of hydraulic presses: from small desk mounted to high-performance heavy industrial presses.

We can offer a standard or custom design. Our engineering department looks for the most suitable solution for each customer.

Vulcanizing presses

Our company designs and produces a large number of vulcanizing presses. They are developed for forming and vulcanization of rubber or other compounds. The presses have four-column design. We supply downstroke bench or upstroke floor-mounted presses.

Single or double mold presses are supplied. Power pack can be installed next to or under the press. Vulcanizing presses up to 2500 kN are produced with heating plates from 200x200 to 600x600 mm. Plate heating with automatic temperature control is electric; steam heating is an option. Hydraulic manual or automatic control with programmable pre-pressing is possible.
